The Redlands Tigers are very proud to have Simon Milenko return the club after leaving to pursue his cricketing career with Tasmania in the Sheffield Shield and Hobart Hurricanes in the Big Bash.
Simon was a key member of our 1st grade premiership winning side in 2015/16 taking 5/28 (11) in the first innings & 6/42 (25) in the second innings. He also hit the winning runs with Sam Heazlett for a Man of the Match performance to defeat University of Qld at Allan Border Oval. An extremely proud day for our club.
Simon was the Peter Burge Medalist in 2013/14. He brings not just a wealth of talent back to the club but also a lot of experience as well.
Simon’s returns to team up with Marnus Labushagne, Jimmy Pierson & Sam Heazlett when they aren’t tied up with other representative & Big Bash duties a long with our other up and coming stars.
