Right arm seam up bowler

What’s been your most memorable moment in cricket so far?

Would probably be a collection of Australia Under 17s, NSW State 2nd XI games and a couple of premiership wins

I was 15 when I made my first grade debut in Canberra and 18 in Sydney.

Who’s your favourite all-time cricketer?

Glenn McGrath

I never actually had to face him but Jhye Richardson

Tanveer Sangha, even though I think I have only ever played with him

I haven’t seen Baxter Holt make many mistakes behind the stumps

In a one day semi final a couple of years ago Nic Maddinson scored a hundred against us off about 50 balls. Some of the cleanest hitting I have ever seen.

Which singer/band would you like to see perform live?

Luke Coombs

Can you recall some banter or an exchange on the cricket field that still makes you laugh today?

I don’t actually hear a lot but a common one is that I’m the worst cricketer in the family because my brother has played with and against a lot of people in the Sydney comp.

Who’s been the biggest influence on your career so far?

Definitely my Dad. Taught me the basics from a young age and still has a few useful words to say.

Where do you find inspiration that gets you through challenging times?

I just have to try hard to remember the reasons why I play cricket and the unreal opportunities that it has already provided me with.

Who are the three people in the world you’d love to have a chat to in person?

Luke Coombs, Michael Jordan and Richie McCaw

Richie McCaw

What do you like to do to relax outside cricket?

I like to get to the coast whenever I can and go fishing and water skiing.

Are you working or studying?

Currently in my last year of studying a secondary teaching degree. Around that I do some coaching at Canberra Grammar and work on the family farm.

Can we ask, what would it mean to you to be selected to play for NSW?

It would mean so much if I were to play for NSW. NSW has such a proud history in so many circles and cricket is definitely no exception to that. It would also be exciting to see every training session over the years come to fruition. Lastly, it would mean another game of cricket and that’s always a win.
