Hardik Pandya - In the past couple of seasons, we have seen Mumbai Indians been completely dependent on India’s premier pace-all rounder, Hardik Pandya, wherein he has surpassed those expectations. But in IPL 2021 edition he finds himself in the top 5 worst performers list courtesy to be able to score only 52 runs in 44 balls at a strike rate of 118 in 7 matches.

Washington Sundar - He has emerged from this cash-rich league itself and has been able to make his way up the ranks by performing in highly tough conditions for India. But in the IPL 2021 edition that wasn’t to be his case as Washington Sundar managed to pick only 3 wickets in 16 overs that he bowled through at an economy of over 7.3. Not only that, even when Sundar was promoted by the order for Royal Challengers Bangalore he failed to fire, managing to score 31 runs in 5 innings

Eoin Morgan The England T20 Captain, Eoin Morgan has been consistent on the international platform and as a result, took the captaincy from Dinesh Karthik’s clutches in IPL 2020. With KKR not being able to do well, a significant amount of criticism went towards Eoin Morgan as he managed to score only 92 runs in 82 balls that he faced at a strike rate of 112 through the course of 7 games.

David Warner - He has been the most consistent and accurate leader who has led the Sunrisers Hyderabad in the top half of the IPL table since they have won the trophy. But in IPL 2021, David Warner struggled big time. Although he managed to score 2 half-centuries his strike just managed to score 100 in both of them. His regular batting average in IPL is 140, but in IPL 2021 it was only 110. David Warner scored 193 runs in 6 games, but played 175 balls to do so, which is the slowest in his career so far to see him become one of the IPL worst players this season.

Nicholas Pooran - Known as one of the most devastating power-hitter in T20 cricket, Punjab Kings’ Nicholas Pooran was the worst performer of IPL 2021 as he managed to secure 4 ducks. He is the first batsman in the history of the league to secure all sorts of ducks, be it golden, diamond, etc. Even though when he did register runs against his name, he never looked comfortable as he faced 33 balls in 7 games and managed to score only 28 runs.
