Winning premierships including high school QLD Cup
Tell us briefly about your cricketing journey? Where you’ve played, clubs you’ve played and greatest cricketing achievement.
Junior cricket for Maroochydore, played from U10 all the way through to first grade. Then move to Sunshine Coast Scorchers - started in 2nd Grade then into 1st Grade. Used kiwi passport to move to NZ - played first class, List A and T20 for Wellington. Moved back in 2016 - played Scorchers first grade thereafter.
What is your pre match routine?
Find a decent spot for coffee and breakfast - enjoy finding new spots near the different grounds
How do you amuse yourself on a plane flight?
Sleep and movies
Which singer/band would you like to see perform live?
Not much of a music person. Probably passing even on free tickets
What’s the one thing about you most people don’t know about?
Around cricket it would probably be that my sister played hockey for Australia

Marnus Labuschagne - Ran into him a couple of months after he debuted - has made batting seem to easy since then
Who are the next two batsman to make their debut for the Queensland Bulls in Shield cricket?
Jack Clayton - just seems to enjoy batting too much to get out
Angus Lovell - Fellow scorcher - he can really play - at some stage soon he will click
What’s the best innings you’ve seen played in any game you’ve played throughout your playing days? If you could add a few words as to why it was the best
Henry Nicolls made 180 against us in a one day match at the Basin (NZ) - not sure he missed the middle - was hitting even good balls for four. And Leo Carter made 150 in a one day game against one of the best Norths attacks I have seen
Who are the two opponents you admire most in terms of skills and competitive spirit?
Scott Walter (UQCC) and Corey Barsby (Sandgate/Redcliffe) - both very competitive and good for a laugh on and off the field

What do you enjoy most about playing cricket?
Winning after a tough two day slog with the boys
What has been your most memorable moment in cricket?
Any time you lift a trophy - it's the reason you play and you don't forget them
What’s the best win you’ve been involved with?
Winning the Scottish Cup during my year in Scotland
What are the three things you’re looking forward to doing outside cricket?
Video games, spending time with the dogs and hockey in the winter
